Rather than amending the existing 2003 regime, the new law adopts a comprehensive modernization strategy that focuses on aligning copyright protection with digital economies, artificial intelligence (AI), and global investment standards.This article will analyze the law’s most significant reforms, with particular focus on the AI training except
